We don’t just ask: “How do we reduce your pain?” We ask: “How do we help you get back to what matters most?”
Gardening. Hiking the Pembrokeshire Coast Path. Playing sport. Lifting weights. Keeping up with your grandchildren.
"I recently consulted Ben regarding a running-related issue with my quad. At my initial appointment, he carried out a thorough examination to pinpoint the exact source of the injury. Once identified, Ben provided targeted treatment and explained the rehabilitation process clearly. I required two follow-up sessions, during which he continued the treatment and closely monitored my progress. At each visit, Ben offered valuable feedback, practical advice, and effective stretching techniques that have set me on the path to running again soon. His professionalism, friendliness, and expertise have been outstanding, and I would recommend his services to anyone."

Some exercises may temporarily reproduce mild symptoms. This is often a normal part of rehabilitation. Your programme will be adjusted to ensure loading remains appropriate and manageable.
This varies depending on your condition, goals and recovery stage. Some people require only a few sessions, whilst others benefit from longer-term support.
In many cases, yes. Rehabilitation may form an important part of managing persistent musculoskeletal pain by improving physical capacity, confidence and movement tolerance.
Usually not. Most people can begin rehab safely without imaging. If your case needs clarification, we can provide diagnostic ultrasound first if necessary.
Rehab isn’t about how much you can lift - it’s about rebuilding strength, control and confidence in a gentle way. We often start with light resistance or bodyweight exercises and only add load when it’s safe and helpful for your progress. You will never be made to perform an exercise you don't feel safe doing.
There is overlap. Rehabilitation focuses heavily on restoring strength, movement confidence, function and long-term resilience.

Don't just manage your symptoms.
Build the strength, confidence and resilience needed to return to the activities you enjoy.
